Black Cherry Balsamic Chicken

Here's what you'll need:

  • DeBuyer Mineral B Carbon Steel Country Fry Pan with 2- handles

  • DeBuyer Asian Kitchen Knife 

ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olives oil 

  • 2 lb Chicken tender

  • To taste kosher salt 

  • To taste black pepper 

  • 2 each smashed garlic cloves 

  • 1 spring Rosemary 

  • 1 each of bay leaves 

  • 4 cups heirloom grape tomatoes 

  • ¼ cup Black cherry vinegar

  • 1 tsp thyme

serves 4


Instructions:

  • place olive oil in your pan 

  • Olive have to be hot before adding chicken 

  • Add kosher salt - black pepper 

  • Add smashed garlic 

  • Roasted chicken tender on both side

  • Add the rosemary & bay leaves 

  • When you reached a good coloration on your chicken tender add the tomatoes 

  • Add the black cherry vinegar 

  • Cover your sauté pan

  • Cook for 8 minutes 

  • Until the chicken is completely glazed 

  • Voila!

On the run no problem ! your 8 minutes chicken tender recipe.

This dish will be delicious with a bowl of brown rice .

Also you can use regular balsamic vinegar.
