Management & Training
There is one thing beyond a lasting love affair with food and drink that brings together chefs, restaurateurs, and sommeliers alike: our passion. While passion is absolutely necessary to go far in this business, I will be the first to admit that sometimes, that passion can consume me. However dedicated they may be, a kitchen full of passionate people is not always an easy thing to manage. Teamwork can break down, heads can butt, and your kitchen may then start to struggle. With my management and training services, I propose that we transform that individual passion into something that can be used cooperatively. Together, we can build a team that works together and cooks together, so all that beautiful passion can go towards the food: where it belongs.
