Heirloom Tomato Ragu
Here's what you'll need:
ingredients:
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 lb heirloom tomatoes
To taste sea salt
To taste black pepper
1 large sprig of fresh basil
1 sprig of thyme
¼ cup of balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
warm up the olive oil in the frying pan
Add the heirloom tomatoes
Add sea salt & black pepper
Add basil & thyme
Add your balsamic vinegar
Cook the tomatoes for 8 minutes
Super fast and super easy sauce recipe .
Great for pasta - rice - roasted chicken - any fish filet .
You can also do the same recipe with tree color bell peppers.
