Here's what you'll need:

ingredients:

  • 2 slices of Artisan bread

  • 2 lb Porcini mushrooms 

  • 4 tbsp Extra virgin Olive oil 

  • 1 tbsp Unsalted butter 

  • 1 tsp Fresh thyme 

  • To taste Kosher salt

  • To taste Black pepper 

  • 4 Garlic cloves 

Porcini Mushroom Bruschetta


Instructions for Mushrooms:

  • Put butter in the sauté pan 

  • Add only 2 tbsp of olive oil 

  • Add your porcini mushroom 

  • Add salt & pepper 

  • Add 2 smashed garlic clove 

  • Sautéed the mushrooms on medium heat until a good golden color 


Instructions for Garlic Olive Oil:

  • brunoise (finely dice) 2 garlic cloves 

  • Place the garlic brunoise in a bowl 

  • Add 2 tbsp of olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper


Get 4 slices of the artisans bread 

Divide the garlic oil onto the bread 

Place the bread on the oven until the bread gets crispy 

Remove bread from the oven 

Cover the bread with your golden porcini mushrooms

Drizzle the bruschetta with olive oil 

Voila!

Put it together:

Perfect dish for amuse bouche to share with some friends over a good glass of burgundy wine.

You can also serve  this bruschetta with a green salad on balsamic in vinaigrette.
